It seems we have been here before.
There are gaps in the data. I don’t have many numbers from when I was at my worse, but the theme is there. For the better part of 7 years I have struggled with my weight. Amazingly, this struggle, for the vast majority of time, has been over roughly 20 pounds.
Spending some time with this data has been kind of depressing but also kind of inspiring. I am not trying to reach all the way back to high school just back to something I had a few years ago. I can reach back to those older versions of me, each one reach back an earlier version of me. There are worth whiled versions of me in the span of my own timeline. If I can link them together I can be the version of me I have always wanted to be.
In every aspect of who I am I want to be proud of that person. That is the only real personal goal I have for myself anymore.

My weight is down and I am getting very healthy with my eatting and working out.
My blood sugar is stable in the normal range.
I think I am getting a cold. I have been cold and I sneezed a lot while at the library either.
I was kind of looking forward to the change of weather with winter. Now I am thinking differently about all that.
There are moments when I am scared I will stop working out and get really fat again. But then I know that I love working out and winter will just get the other people away from me and I wont have to worry about that really.
I don't know. I guess I am just getting a little sick and should just go to bed early tonight.
